Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase date. Additionally, your account must not have completed more than 100 questions within the QBank platform.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at with your refund request. Include your account email address and the date of purchase in your email.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request and confirm eligibility, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund amount will be 97% of the original purchase price; the 3% difference covers non-refundable credit card processing fees. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Limitations
Please note the following limitations to our return policy:
- Refunds are only eligible within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only eligible if fewer than 100 questions have been completed.
- Only one refund is allowed per customer.
- Refunds are not available for partial use of the service beyond the limits stated above.
- QBankMD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse a refund request and/or suspend or terminate an account if it suspects abuse of the return policy or the Service.
